Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified.

The villa reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if any information provided by the guest is found to be false or incomplete.

Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online transfers.

Failure to complete payments on time may lead to cancellation of the booking without refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated with prior approval and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days

Cancellations after this deadline, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable, and full charges apply.

Guests are advised to check the exact cancellation policy at the time of booking as it may vary.

Guest Conduct and Use of Property

Guests must adhere to reasonable noise levels to respect other guests and neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.

Events or parties require prior approval from villa management. Unauthorized events may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

Occupancy Limits

The maximum number of guests per booking must not exceed the stated limit for the villa

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are allowed only with prior notification and approval.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa property, furnishings, or amenities occurring during their stay.

The villa is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings of guests.

Safety and Security

Tampering with fire safety equipment or emergency alarms is strictly prohibited.

Use of the swimming pool and other facilities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Data Privacy

Guest personal information collected during booking and stay will be used solely for reservation and service purposes and handled in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

Amendments

The villa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Guests should review the Terms prior to booking.
